aka Pizza Ninja....She doesn't just make pizza; she conducts a symphony of dough, sauce, and cheese, all while looking like she just wrestled a bag of flour and lost spectacularly. Her knuckles are permanently dusted with flour, and her apron is a colorful abstract canvas of the day's creations. She has a sixth sense for when the pepperoni is perfectly crisped and can flip a pizza high enough to touch the heavens, though she's been known to "accidentally" drop one on a rival chef's head.

We are a small family-owned establishment located in the heart of Downtown St Charles Illinois.
